Clubkite Kite Board NewsInfomation - If you are going to trikora for the first time. All ferrys depart from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. There are two routes to take. 1) Via Tanjung Pinang and 2) Via Bintan Resorts ferry terminal 1) Tanjung Pinang - ferry ride 2 hours, land transfer 45min - land transfer is free by Bintan Agro Beach Resorts 2) Bintan Resorts - Ferry ride 1 hour, land transfer 1 hour - land transfer cost shared by no of pax Visa - You do not need a visa on arrival if you are a Singaporean, Malaysian, Chilean, Moroccoan, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Philippino, Thai, Peruvian, Vietnamese or Ecuadorean. Visa cost USD10 There is a charge of SGD10 for surfboards levied by Singapore Cruise Center. A kite board is a surf board. Ensure there is 6 months validity on your passport even though not really enforced.

Latest news 9 Dec 2009 - New kitebeach in Bintan! Bintan Agro Beach Resort has just opened a new resort along Pantai Trikora. Its called Bintan Beach Cabanas. Its further down the road from Bintan Agro Beach Resort. Its a really beautiful small bay. The water is bluer and best of all the wind is stronger! The rates are really reasonable at $50 for a normal room and $70 for a deluxe suite. Do check up on the latest news soon because we got some really good news for you kiters coming up soon! News 29 Nov 2009 - Usual sms - Got wind! u going down? So off hunting for wind down at Pasir Ris. definately not the usual spot. There was good wing for about 20 minutes. After that was the usual pre-monsoon teaser. Gusty on and off wind. Anyway, Flysurfer Germany has confirmed that our Light Wind machines will be shipping out in a couple of weeks so hope to give you guys a full review of these amazing kites.
